![]() ![]() I originally posted a comparison without the last picture in this post and said that I found the DXO Version (#4 here) a bit too oversharpened. I recently compared Topaz Denoise, in-camera NR, OM Workspace and DXO DeepPrime XD (in DXO PL6) for this ISO 12.800 shot - best viewed at 100%: I do think it depends on the picture used and personal preferences though. I'll be sticking to Olympus for my workflow.ĭXO Pure Raw 2 (left) vs OM workspace AI NR (right) For PR2, I did download the specific optic modules for this comparison. The noise looks better in PR2 but I prefer the colors from Workspace. I'm amazed to see the results from the OM workspace. But I was more interested in comparing how the NR results stack up. I always liked the color rendering from OM Workspace. He told me he uses it for every photo as part of his standard workflow (for every photo). I was on a photography trip where an experienced Nikon photographer vouched for DXO PR2.
